- Jon Williams Review added: 2018.07.22★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆No milkshakes...this is one of the big selling points for McDonalds & Franchise is letting name down. Always missing something .Also the staff are supposed to ask you if you would lile sauces..have to ask for them them. Very poorly run despite refurb.The whole experiemce is different in London
